Exchange Policy

ONLY IF THESE CRITERIA MEETS-

• If an incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the order does not match the item in the order confirmation e-mail.
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel that the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
• If your order meets our return eligibility criteria mentioned above, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following information:
  a) Order Number
  b) Delivery Address
  c) Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
• Please ensure that the product(s) being returned to us are unused, unworn and the original tags on the product(s) are intact.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  Please note that International Orders are not eligible for returns.

Shipping

• Meraki By Poonam Ssanyaa will facilitate a reverse pick-up of the merchandise within 48-72 hours from the time the customer informs us of the return through an email or call, provided the store accepts return.
• Returned merchandise should be sent in the original condition. Used merchandise cannot be sent back again and will disable any further exchange or returns.
• The original packaging of the ordered merchandise should be intact and in a saleable condition.
• Meraki By Poonam Ssanyaa reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is re-saleable and eligible for exchange.
• The exchange is subject to availability of the ordered product. We would request you to inform us within 7 days. In case the exchange is unavailable, you may take another merchandise of same or higher value or request us for a store credit or a refund.
• The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit
• The address label on the package must be affixed properly
• Meraki By Poonam Ssanyaa will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging

Cancellation Policy:

If you want to modify your order and have not hit the place your order button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change in your order, you can inform us with changes to your order within 24 hours on Sanyaagarwal880@gmail.com

Once the order gets confirmed by the vendor, we may not be able to make any changes to your order. We would like to tell you that we specially procure merchandise post you order on https://www.merakibypoonamssanyaa.com/. In case of cancellation due to dislike or any change of plans, Meraki By Poonam Ssanyaa reserves the right to refund or offer an exchange voucher.
